SWINE FLU (H1NI INFECTION)

Public health expert says that swine flu,like other viruse,proliferate more during winters and that people should be cautious about symtoms such as prolonged cough,fever,headache, muscle and joint pain,sore throat and running nose and sometimes vomiting and diarrhoea. In severe cases it can lead to chest in fection,pneumonia and multiorgan failure which can lead to mortality.
PREVENTION STEPS.
Cover nose and mouth while coughing/sneezing with tissue.
Trash the tissue after use.
Wash your hands with soap and water spacially after coughing and sneezing.
Wash your hands at regular interval with disinfectant.
Keep surfaces like door knob and surfaces clean.
Do not touch your nose, mouth and eyes after touching strangers and unknwon surfaces.
Do not touch yourself others after coughing/sneezing.First wash your hands.
Consult a consultant if breathlessness in patints with prolong fever.
